Add email recipient NAME to Workflow Email Notifications

Is it possible to add in the NAME of the email recipient, at the top of an email notification ?

Currently, users are getting the emails with no greeting, and the first line of the email is:
"Access this task in the Workspace Application"

I would like to have something before this like:

Dear [first name] [last name],

Any help is much appreciated
