Ensure segment relates to specific opportunity

Hi all,

 

In our instance of Service Cloud, a contact can have multiple opportunities. We have a number of different transactional mailings that are sent at different stages of the application process, which for the most part all works fine. 

In some cases we have specific conditional sections where we only want to display data if criteria for that specific opportunity is true. If a contact has had an opportunity previously which caused them to receive this certain conditional message, but then adds a new opportunity, they still receive the conditional section in the transactional mailing, because the contact falls in to the segment, and technically they do have an opportunity where that condition is true - just not for the specific opportunity.
