Task Escalation Rule
This is completely strange, I have created task escalation rules and it's working fine as I expected. When I trigger "Send escalation notification" to notify agent. Conditions are working as per rule set.
When I triggered "Email Task Information" to send a Task information through "Distribution list" none of the contacts are able to receiving any task information.
In both the case:- Business rules are getting triggered. Please refer the screen shot for your reference.
