How to generate checksum value for outbound emails

Hi Team,

We have implemented a custom email solution to trigger emails from Incident WS for agent and customer communication. Since it's a custom solution we have lost some of the features which could be provided by the out of the box email feature. One of that feature is dynamic checksum value generation, which has been used to handle the thread updates on email responses. Due to the missing checksum value in the original email, on the reply of that email entire email content including the original email has been updating in the thread. Expected behavior is , only the reply email content should
