Background image for Mobile surveys

Hi there,

I am trying to create a survey using Oracle RightNow.
The survey needs to be sent only to mobile, therefore I want to make it pretty for smartphone customers.

Now I cannot set a background Template or image, when I test it with RightNow, the background is just white, could you please help?
