Currently, we are using the standard ConditionalChatLink widget on our CP pages, but setting the wait_threshold attribute using a Message Base. This way the threshold can be modified without any changes to the pages themselves. With that said, we are looking to use the Syndicated ConditionalChatLink widget for our external site which would not have access to the Message Bases. Does anyone here know of a way to access a message base value from an external page? I am trying to keep it so the team in charge of Chat can continue to modify the wait threshold with minimal oversight
