Provision for announcements to staffs

Hi All,

We have a business requirement as, if there is a provision for some form of bulletin/announcements that can be done for the staff….E.g. A running ticker tape or a pop up that shows announcements and can be used by Contact Center leadership to sensitize the teams

Kindly give me some idea on this.
