PCM Account Dim - Time Balance Property

in Profitability and Cost Management

I am creating the outline for a new Enterprise PCM application. I would like to import into the account dimension headcount measures from the Planning app or, if necessary enter them manually into PCM. I do not see member properties such as Account Type, Variance Reporting, Time Balance and Skip in the PCM account dimension. How do I get access to these member properties in PCM?
