We would like to capture the browser (Firefox, IE6, IE7, IE8, Chrome, etc.) with the incident when the source is Ask a Question.  This will actually help us troubleshoot an end-user's incident.

We know we can have a custom field on the Ask page and a user can select from a dropdown.  However, we would like to populate this field automatically without end-user action.  Has anyone done this before?  This seems that this would be a somewhat common request.

Thanks, Blake
