'My Staff' worklist view settings

Summary:

Within the Tools > Worklist, we can see tasks assigned to the managers direct reportees via the "My Staff" view. However, this view is limited to the latest 30 tasks (adjustable from the default of 10 via server settings). Can the be changed to view more than 30 ? (We can see >30 if the user goes the the BMP worklist via the Bell Icon)

Additionally, it is possible to create a view for "My Team / Department "? i.e. this view would include tasks for "My Staff" and the tasks of their respective direct reportees, providing a comprehensive overview of everything the area head is accountable for.
