Feasibility of solution?
I have a customer that is looking to use the Customer Portal as a "messaging system". They plan to create "batches" of messages which will be retreived via FTP and imported into Oracle Service cloud via a custom script scheduled as a cron job. Incidents will be created from these batches via the Connect for PHP API. The contacts will already exist in the system. Contacts will receive an email that they have a new "message", log into customer portal, and read that message.
