Report is not showing data correctly
I am sending a email to incident owner with list of task with their status in a report which is merged in email template.
this email will trigger when Task Status = "Completed".
the issue is, task status in the report which is sent by mail using templates still showing old one.
Ex: i changed task status form Unresolved to Completed. now email is triggered and report will sent to incident owner, in that report this task status should be "completed "
still it showing status as Unresolved. (Report is pointing to operational data base only)
Can some one help on what is problem here.
