Cursor disappear while creating incident response

Hi,

I am not able to create incident response. Actually when I try to write incident response in message editor an I lost my cursor. Even I press "Enter" for next paragraph I could not able to get the exact location of my cursor. I also tried to click on the location where I need to write but could not get my cursor. I tried to find this type of issue on discussion forum but I could not able to get any result.

Does anyone has an idea how to fix this issue ? Is it product defect ?
