Turning off Answer Notifications
QUESTION: How do I turn off Answer Notification in the Customer Portal?
ANSWER: If you don’t want to let customers subscribe to answers, you’ll need to remove the Notify Me link, which appears only when a customer is logged in, from the answer details pages.
1. Remove the Notify Me icon from the answer details page.
Delete the lines of code (See Attached Code Snippet).
