QUESTIONHow do I turn off Answer Notification in the Customer Portal?

ANSWER: If you don’t want to let customers subscribe to answers, you’ll need to remove the Notify Me link, which appears only when a customer is logged in, from the answer details pages.

1. Remove the Notify Me icon from the answer details page.

  1. Open /views/pages/answers/detail.php.

  2. Delete the lines of code (See Attached Code Snippet).

  3. Save File
