Can we have Different logins for same user while using Multiple Interfaces ?

HI all,

I have two interfaces which are used by two independent business units and my need is to

1) provide the users who are using both these interfaces different logins so that they can have a username and password for one interfaces and     another username and password for the second interfaces .

2) they should also be able to reset or update there username/password of one interfaces without affecting the other
