Send email *with attachment* via business rules
Is it possible to have the Business Rules not only send the rule email, but to also add an attachment?
We have the scenario whereby a PDF attachment (payment receipt) will be added to an Opportunity via API [and then we hope to have a CPM which will move the PDF from the Opportunity, and then attach it to the incident.
I'm aware that users can login to the Portal and via the attachment there, but we'd like to be able to email them PDF to them as an attachment.
Any suggestions please?
