A few coworkers and I have been noticing some issues with the CP Admin Panel and Windows Chrome.

The issues we are seeing are that the site cannot be deployed to staging or production nor can custom widgets be activated/created while using Chrome on Windows 10.

All of the affected sites are various versions (May 2016 to August 2017); however, the one common item is that when a deploy lock is being removed or if a custom widget is going to be created/activated, it looks like the AJAX requests to support these behaviors are returning a 401 HTTP response which tells me that there is some issue with how the admin panel is holding onto the login credentials.
