Hi,

RN condition "chat_available" on chat_launch page only checks at the chat hours. Is there anyway we can add agent availability to this condition ?

Scenario: We cannot use the conditionalchatlink widget on the web page (due to the x reasons), instead we use the chat_lauch page url hard coded using anchor tag. So, the "Chat" link on the web page will be always active and when the customer clicks on the link it opens the chat_launch page (with all the form fields) even when there are no agents available (since it checks on the chat hours). Can we add any "Agent availability" condition with in the launch page so that if the agents are unavailable it displays chat is not available instead of form fields.
