Hi All,

I have a requirement where in i need to send a mail to the contact associated with the incident when a button is clicked in Task Workspace.

to achieve this i have a custom field under incident(SendConfirmation) and which is updated to Yes when the button is clicked in Task WS. When the agent clicks on the button, updating the value to yes and saving the incident so as to call the Business Rules In Process State of Incident.

I have a Rule in which i am comparing the SendConfirmation to Yes and sending a Marketing Email.
