Google has announced that it will end of life reCaptcha v1.

Customer Portal uses reCaptcha v1 within the Abuse Detection for any type of form submission (FormSubmit widget) therefore we are currently retrofitting our widget code to reCaptcha v2. However if your site is on CP version 3.0 or 3.1, you may not be able to get this functionality. As those versions are deprecated, we are urging all v3.0 and v3.1 customers to migrate to at least v3.2 as soon as possible in order not to disrupt any service.

For those customers on v3.0 or v3.1, you could try to migitate any issues by making sure all implementions of the FormSubmit widget on your site(s) do not have the attribute
