profile Can access a common Queue.

Hi,
 
We have two teams:
1.       one having their own profile and works on their own  queue
2.       onother one having different profile and works on their own queue  queue
 
I would like the second profile to help the first profile on their queue. Is it possible for the agents of second profile profile to have the first profile queue’ added to their workspace so they work from both of the queues?
