Hi, I was hoping there were some of you that would be willing to provide the URL to your Customer Portal sites so I could have a look at what you've done with the portal and what might be possible. I'm specifically interested in any implementations that may involve your customer having to download a Driver, Software App or User Manual. 

We're in the process of upgrading to KA and have quite an old Customer Portal implementation that hasn't changed much since the RightNow days. 

Looking to see what's currently being done with CP if possible.
