Need a table name that returns PO/BPA line attribute "Destination Type"

We are creating Contract Rule based on PO/BPA line attribute "Destination Type". Based on the "Destination Type" value 'XYZ' Clauses should get applied in the Contract Terms of PO/BPA.

Below is the Screenshot of the attribute "Destination Type" from the PO/BPA Line.

We raised the SR with Contract Team and this was their response.

The recommendation is to create a DFF. You should be able to create value set based on SQL query on the table that returns PO/BPA line attribute "Destination Type".
This table will be known by PO/BPA team, only. Requesting the table name is identified as a "Consultative" query with PO Team.
