Hi,

We have several tasks in our checklist that needs the user to upload files (attachments) that will eventually go to the Document of Records.

Can you help me with these information below?

  1. What is the file size limit for attachments in journey tasks?
    I have seen that the file size limit is 2GB - is this only for one file or combined for all documents that go into the user's DoR. We have more than 10 upload tasks for the user — will this 2GB get divided between these 10 tasks.
  2. In a single journey task - how many documents can be uploaded?
