Display Incident number on ask page

Hi

Is it possible to display the pre-empted incident number on the ask.php when a user is filling the form out ? (Before they submit the incident)

Like it does when you create a incident from the console and it gives you the new ref number before you have finished filling out the workspace fields and saving ?

Can't seem to find anything that would allow this.
