Hi,

Are there specific requirements for the PC or the network for the CP 3.7.2. 

We are having an issue with the chat page but only on few computers, the same chat page is working very well on most computers.

I don't know if it is the computer or the network since these computers are on a separate network. and if so are there a list of requirements?

The error we are getting is cannot connect to chat server, please see screenshot.
