Ajax request on chat launch

Hi All,

I have a requirement where I need to pass data of a custom object (related to Incident table) from Chat launch page. As it is not a custom field, but a custom object the data is not passed from portal page to incident object which requires some customization. But I couldn't find the ajax request being made from ChatLaunchButton widget.

Please help me out if this is possible or not. If possible, where can I find the ajax request and pass the custom object data as well through a custom Ajax call.
