Mail Business Rules - matching case sensitive information

Hi everyone,

We have a business case where we have created a mail rule to capture email sent from a specific email address that will route to our support team.

Example  [email protected]

We created the rule parameters:

If Email Header Contains [email protected] followed by the subsequent Then rules.  

I initially set up the rule with Equals instead of Contains, and was advised that it was not best practice and were instructed to make the change.   We encountered an issue when our client emailed [email protected] (notice capital C) instead of [email protected]

Is there an expression in the mail rule that we can use that will capture all potential variants in particular around capitalization <as we see that as the most likely common mistake>
