Location of files to edit for customer portal

Hello,

Hoping someone knows where I can look to locate files that are in the following format:

cfg/scripts/euf/application/development/source/views/pages/headertest.php 

cfg/scripts/euf/application/development/source/widgets/custom/sample/HeaderTestWidget/controller.php   

I have tried looking through Cyberduck under CP and under Site Configuration/File Manager and am not able to locate.
