Is there a Record limit for Supplier Type List of Values 250 value limit?

Is there a Record limit for Supplier Type List of Values only 250 visible from UI

There are more than 1500 values created as 'Supplier Type Lookup',

On Edit Supplier Profile page,

Customer is unable to see from the value 251 from the 'Supplier Type' list of values when creating a new supplier. Please advice if there is a visualization limit for this field.
