Is it possible to Link to Job list which is already filtered by a Job field category?

Summary:
Hi everyone,

I'm familiar with linking to our list of jobs, however one department is hoping to have a link from our company website that will open up the job list page, already based on their department job field category. So the page will open with only the jobs in their department listed.

When I choose a job field, to narrow down the jobs, the url doesn't change but thought someone here might know if this is even a possibility and what that link would look like.
