Hello, 

We are working with a third party to do some integrations between our RightNow and a different 3rd Party ticketing system.  Our Security Dept is wanting to know if there is a way to restrict the API user to certain queues?  From what I know of the API, I do not believe this is possible, but I wanted to check.
