Is there a possibility to add the Resource information, while creating a person record in hcm?

We need clarification on the below question,

Is there is a possibility to add the Resource related information, while creating a person record in HCM.

As per the current flow, we are creating the Employee record in HCM with Employee information, then we are using the Manager User Task to add the employee to service resource organization and then moving to CDM and giving them the usage of "Field service"

Is there way we can do everything while we are creating a employee record in HCM, instead moving to different area..
