SYMPTOMS
OSMS Console shows clang-resource-filesystem 17.0.6-1.0.1.module+el8.10.0+90260+0be6147c in Available Packages Update despite successful installation.
dnf update shows no available packages to be installed.

[root@xxxx ~]# dnf update

This system is receiving updates from OSMS server.

Last metadata expiration check: 0:03:34 ago on Mon 02 Sep 2024 05:22:30 AM EDT.

Dependencies resolved.

Nothing to do.
