Change behavior of the category page so that it no longer displays products from child categories

Hello!

We have a scenario that we would like to evaluate the possibility of changing.

The scenario is as follows:

Category "cat1" has a product "prod1"
Category "cat2" is a child category of "cat1", and has two products "prod1" and "prod2"

When accessing the category page for "cat2" the page displays the products "prod1" and "prod2", this same behavior occurs when accessing the "cat1" category page

What we want to change is that, when accessing the "cat1" category, only the exact products from that category are displayed, without displaying the products that are in the child categories, which in our example are the products from "cat2"
