Category rule not working

Hi,

From the CP Ask a Question page (customized), I am saving the category. I checked the created incident and could find that the category is getting saved but the business rule which routes the incident to different queues according to the category is not working (seems like the condition is not satisfied). I checked by submitting incident in reference implementation mode and could find that the category rule is working. Can anyone help me to find the cause of this issue?
