More of a best practices question as I've seen it done both ways. If you're writing some code to support a CPM say a Library file (to use CI nomenclature) would best practices say to upload it to CP (Libraries or Helpers perhaps?) or to upload it to the custom folder of FileManager. My feeling is the former as it feels as if FileManager is the way we did things before CP, but I'm curious what the actual best practice is on this front?
