Hi,

Since last couple of days when I try to invoke the RightNow service through TIBCO, I am getting an error message saying "Server Certificate Rejected by the Chain Verifier". Prior to that I was able to get a successful response from RightNow where I was able to Create Incidents/RunAnalytics Report. By looking at the error message it appears that its an SSL Certificate Issue. Through SOAP UI and DOT NET the connection is successful but not through TIBCO. TIBCO mandates the use of SSL certificates where the vendor service URL is secured one. Do anyone of you are able to
