Needing to run ESS job create index definition/perform initial ingest multiple times in a day

Summary:

We are on 24C (11.13.24.07.0) and in the process of enabling Redwood. I’ve needed to run the "ESS job to create index definition and perform initial ingest to OSCS" for "fa-hcm-location" and "fa-hcm-organization" multiple times a day in order to search for locations or departments in several workflows. After running the process, I’m able to search the full list of values.

My understanding is that we should only be running this after upgrades or P2T. I have the processes "Compute Users ACL by Event" and "Compute Users ACL - logged in users" scheduled as recommended.
