Wrap-up does not open the Incident workspace for editing
In the Chat Workspace Options we have enabled Incident creation and Open the Incident for edit
This works perfectly. The Incident opens up as sub tab when Agent clicks the Wrap up. But the behavior changed after we introduced two mandatory Incident fields on Chat workspace.
In this case, when we click on Wrap-up, it prompts to enter values for mandatory fields but the Incident workspace does not get displayed. And click on Terminate closes the Chat window.
Issue#1 : Incident Workspace does not get displayed after Wrap-up
Issue#2: We have Automatically Close editor after Chat is terminated as disabled. But it doesn’t seem to work. Chat editor is closed once the Chat is terminated.
