Is there any possibility to increase the field size?

Hi folks,

I wish to store the dynamic data in a field (text area) of incident object which more than allocated limit (4095 characters). As of now it shows error as limit exceeds because Text Area: Max length: 4095 characters.

Is there any way to expand the limit of text area?

Otherwise give suggestion to "How to store characters of length more than 4095?"
