Hi all,

We are trying to integrate OSrvC with a EBS via SOA middleware. We want to create and update Organisations and Contacts in EBS when they are created or updated in OSrvC.

Basically we have one concern: If the SOA service is not available, would OSrvC queue the request and retry again later?

Our previous experience says OSrvC cannot handle this. Our first thought was to create a "Error Log" object where we would store the failed calls and then manually resend them (with a button in a workspace or report). But we notice the May 2015 release has the "
