Why we need to restart Agent Desktop each time when we build .NET application to run in AD?

Hi everyone,

I am creating an add-in and to check for its working I need to restart AD each time after building my .NET application. I am just wondering There is any way where I can build my .NET application and that change will reflect in the AD. Because it is a time-consuming process to restarting AD.
