When we enable the EGW_SAVE_EMAIL_HEADERS setting, does this data gets stored in incident thread automatically? I know that an agent can copy and paste it from the envelope icon in incident WS but that would be a manual step

I have a requirement where user wants to classify email incidents by: To, From.So, I was thinking of developing a view. It could be possible through some customization but any suggestion on how to achieve it using OOTB approach
