Hi all,

Is there a way to concatenate 3 fields in the agent desktop into a single (hidden) field?

I have a client who needs 3 separate numeric fields combined into a new field which is not displayed in the AD. It is to be used by an external system that points to Service Cloud.

I've tried using workspace rules but been unsuccessful.
