Longevity of inline images

When pasting HTML into the Incident editor (Feb '15), inline images are saved to the server with URLs such as the following. 

https://<interface>.custhelp.com/ci/inlineImage/get/55116/257963af12e482ec6c75abd63d62fda3

Does anyone know how long this image/URL will exist for?

If we use the "Propose" function we can automatically generate an Answer using the same HTML content from the Incident which would make the process very convenient, but I'm concerned that the image may suddenly disappear at some point.
