Viewing Answers with Guided-Assistance within the SmartAssistant window

Afternoon folks,

We are currently experimenting with the use of in-line Guided-Assistance on our Knowledgebase Answers. This means that an Answer will consist of the Answer text and then follow up with the guide underneath the main content.

When one of these Answers appears as a SmartAssistant suggestion, the guide is completely absent. There is no link to open the guide in a separate window and no text to replace it - the article simply ends when the Answer text ("solution") ends.

Is there a way to make the SmartAssistant widget display Guided Assistance either in-line or as a button to open in a window?
