Creating / Using Umbrella Answers
Can you still create/use Umbrella answers? Are they effective? Easily searchable? In looking at the Oracle User Guide from Nov 2014 there is nothing in there about how to create or use them. However, in referencing the Best Practices for Knowledgebase and Search Effectiveness guide they are. Is it recommended to use the Product/Category instead?
I'm new to all of this so I appreciate any help/insight you have.
