Proactive chat on external site with whitelisting and SSO
Content
Hi,
We have an internal facing customer portal. This is Site A.
On an external facing public website (Site , we want to make use of the proactive chat syndicated widget.
Site A is whitelisted to be internal facing only. It also makes use of SSO to authenticate against ADFS.
Am I right in thinking that in order for Site B to be able to serve the syndicated widget properly to *external* users (the public), not only will the site have to un-whitelisted, but the public won't be able to use the widget because of the SSO/ADFS mechanism we have? If they can create an account from the page, would subsequent logins fail because of this SSO/ADFS mechanism?
