Customize "Create an Account" Dialog Box

The requirement is to remove the "Log in using Yahoo" option and the "Password" and "Re-enter Password" fields from the "Create an Account" pop-up prompt.

We checked and find the out-of-the-box configuration to be very complex and involving multiple widgets.

Request you to kindly provide me some technical guidance on the customization required to achieve this.
